Additionally, we look for properties that require renovations or upgrades in an area where the property class is below that of other properties in the area, which indicates the property is underperforming and can be improved to add value. We also provide solutions to distressed homeowners by offering cash for their properties before foreclosure to minimize any impact to their credit report.

- Property Type: Multifamily Garden Style
- Asset Class: B to C Class Properties
- Location: A to C Areas
- Property Size: 50 – 250+ units
- Value Plays: Stabilized Properties with some operational and physical repositioning opportunities
- Do Not Want: War Zones, Master Leases, Vacant Buildings, Extensive Rehab, or Empty Lots
Dixon Investments, LLC finds value-add apartment opportunities of 50+ units in size & repositions them by 1) making capital improvements and 2) reducing expenses by implementing or replacing a property management company. We also monitor various markets to capitalize for our investors.
